Quotes

A quote sent over WhatsApp, SMS or email is an estimate based on the photos, address and details you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before work begins. If the scope differs from what was described, we tell you before starting, never after.

Scheduling

All work is by appointment. We answer WhatsApp 24/7 and confirm a date and time window with you. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice so the slot can be reassigned. Weather may force us to move exterior work; we will tell you as early as possible.

Access and safety

You agree to provide clear access to the glass, floors and surfaces being cleaned, and to let us know about alarms, fragile items, loose frames or any damage that already exists. We will note pre-existing damage with you before starting.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless a recurring commercial account agreement sets a different schedule. Accepted methods are confirmed when the quote is accepted.

Our responsibility

We take care of your property as if it were our own. If something goes wrong because of our work, our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective seals, scratched or etched glass, or surfaces that cannot safely be pressure washed.

Service area

Commercial service covers Dallas and Fort Worth. Residential service covers University Park, Highland Park, Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow. Requests outside those areas are considered case by case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Dallas County, Texas.
